Therefore by accessing, creating or contributing to any forum hosted at phpBBhosts.co.uk you agree to abide by these terms of use. Please read them carefully before creating a forum here. *Support* Support to our users is offered for free 24/7, and is offered in English only. *Publicly Viewable Content* We request that, unless you've paid for ad removal, at least 50% of your posts must be made in a publicly viewable area of your forum. You don't have to allow guests to post (in fact we discourage that), but you must make sure that guests can at least see the majority of your forums, threads, and posts. *We Do Not Host* We will not host illegal, immoral, unethical, or otherwise objectionable forums. This includes, but isn't limited to, forums (directly or indirectly) about hacking, pornography, warez, (downloads of copyright material), drugs, online pharmacies, or content not suitable for children. <p />We do not allow any forum to use redirection, url shortening or url masking services, if you want a better url please use the custom domain upgrade, this upgrade is free and is better than a forwarder. Such sites will be removed without warning. *30 Day No Action Policy* Any forum which goes more than thirty (30) days without any posts, or which hasn't been logged into by the admin within 30 days of creating the forum, may be deleted as the board is most likely abandoned. Any forum deleted for inactivity will not be recoverable. (Please do not leave it 30 days!) *Payments And Refunds* Some of our upgrade services (if you choose to use them) require you to pay us via paypal, we use paypal as it is a secure, fast and easy system to use. If the situation occurs that we refund you your money for any reason ether requested by you or initiated by us, the refund amount will be less the paypal fees for the original payment. This is because each payment received has a fee taken out of it by paypal (we do not get this fee it goes straight to paypal.) *Copyright info* All forums are published under the Creative Commons Public License. Basically you permit anyone to copy, distribute, display and perform your content (royalty-free) on the condition that they credit your authorship each time they do so. In general, you may post content freely to your forum and to those of others hosted at phpBBhosts.co.uk so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or otherwise injurious or objectionable.
